Tin Secret Return & Refund Policy

1. General

  1. We hope that you are satisfied with your shopping experience with us and hope you like our products just like most of our customers do. However, it is important to read our Return and Exchange policy before an order is placed. We have confidence in our products and services and we cherish our relationship with you. Our goal is to see you return to us again in the near future, therefore, we would try our ultimate best to serve you and make you feel comfortable with the whole shopping experience.
  2. Products that we sell are of the highest quality, this we can ensure you. All products will be checked to make sure that they are in good condition before packing.
  3. We reserve the rights to make amendments to this policy without prior notice.

2. Return

  1. Returns are possible if items ordered are:
    1. wrongly sent
    2. expired / defective
  2. For above (i) and (ii) please submit pictures
  3. If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our obligations which is, to provide a replacement product or the originally desired product, provided the item is returned successfully.
  4. Returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging.
  5. If the products have been used or damaged, there will not be any return / exchange.
  6. We take no responsibility for returned items lost or damaged during delivery.
  7. Please make sure to contact us before sending us any returned items, as we will not accept any unknown / un-clarified parcel.

3. Minor defects

  1. Minor defects including broken package or box, etc will not be accepted as reason for exchanging / returning
  2. However it is always our objective to ensure all items are in good conditions before shipment.

4. Exchange

The following are the Exchange conditions:

  1. Returned items must be in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
  2. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  3. For all returns, the cost of shipping will be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise stated
  4. Full amount (not including shipping cost) will be credited into your banking account within 3 working days, if the desired items are out of stock.

5. Request for Return and Exchange

  1. Please contact us by email us at enquiry@tstskincare within 3 days from the day you receive the parcel, failing to do so and your request will not be entertained.
  2. After verifying and agreed upon the item(s) to be returned and/or exchanged, buyers must ship the item(s) within 7 days, from the day parcel is received. Failing to do so and your request will not be entertained.
  3. Please only return via courier service.
  4. Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed as soon as possible.

If for any other reasons you are still not satisfied with the purchase, kindly contact us within 3 days, from the day the parcel is signed and received.
